Uluṟu-Kata Tjuṯa National Park Pass: Prices & Booking Guide
You wouldn’t try to enter a stadium without a ticket, and the Red Centre is no different. Every traveller entering the Uluṟu-Kata Tjuṯa National Park requires a valid park pass. Not only is it your legal entry, but 25% of your fee goes directly back to the Aṉangu Traditional Owners to help protect this sacred landscape and support the local community.
Welcome to a Living Cultural Landscape
Think of your park pass as more than just an entry fee; it is your personal contribution to the ongoing protection of this World Heritage-listed landscape and a vital show of respect for the Aṉangu Traditional Owners who welcome you to their country.
Choosing the best Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park Pass for your visit
Most visitors only need the standard 3-day pass, but if you’re a grey nomad or a slow-traveller spending a few weeks in the Red Centre, the Annual Pass might be your best bet. For NT Residents, purchase an Annual Vehicle Pass which allows you to enter the Park with family and friends in your vehicle anytime throughout the year.
You can easily secure your Uluṟu-Kata Tjuṯa National Park pass online, ensuring your digital QR code is ready for scanning the moment you arrive at the gate.
Here is a tip most travel sites miss: The standard 3-day pass is often automatically extended to 5 days at no extra cost if you book online through the Parks Australia website or ask at the Entry Station. This gives you plenty of time to see both Uluṟu and Kata Tjuṯa without rushing, even if you have a ‘down day’ at the resort pool.
